Our minor ball program requires umpires who will be turning 13 this year (DOB 2011) and older.  All youth umpires who are under 16 must attend a clinic. Level one  age 16 + can participate in an exam prior the season’s start.  Ponsonby Minor Ball will reimburse the clinic and exam fees.
